Participate in the morning rituals and explore the serene surroundings. After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to Uthirakosamangai (approximately 40 km away) to visit the ancient Mangalanatha Swamy Temple, famous for its sandalwood-covered Shiva idol and rich history spanning over 3,000 years. Spend the evening soaking in the spiritual atmosphere before checking into your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2 Rameswaram
Start early and travel to Rameswaram (around 70 km from Uthirakosamangai). Upon arrival, visit the iconic Ramanathaswamy Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples, known for its stunning architecture and long corridors. After exploring the temple, enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant and visit other attractions such as Gandhamadhana Parvatham, a sacred hill offering panoramic views of Rameswaram. Spend the evening exploring the town or relaxing before retiring to your hotel for the night.
